Return Goods Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by an RA form. Package must have an RA # on the box. Submit your request for a RA to our email at email@example.com.
30 Days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date.
25% Re-Stocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Condition: Item must be in its original packaging and in mint condition. No items may be returned after installation or attempt of installation.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspect within 1 Day: All items must be inspected for damage within 1 day of receipt. We must receive written notification of any damage within 2 days by submitting an email for a RA which includes a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box.
Return Shipping: In case of goods damaged during shipping, If it’s necessary for item to be returned, Premier Kitchen Direct will pay for return shipping costs. We will also pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Defective Under Warranty: As long as the item is still under warranty and was purchased directly from us, we will gladly help you solve any issue. All warranty claims must be administered by Premier Kitchen Direct. Please send an email with a description of the problem and several images of the item and problem if possible to photograph.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If received prior to shipping, order will be voided with zero fees. If the item has already shipped an RA for return must be submitted before the item can be returned.
Refunds for returns go to the original form of payment less fees that are item dependent to include, but not limited to shipping and restocking fees. Refunds processed prior to receipt of the returned item, that after inspection do not meet the conditions stated on the return authorization or communicated to our customer service representative, will result in Premier Kitchen Direct charging the refunded amount back to the existing payment method on file. We try to process refunds within 7 business days. Prior to placing an order refer to the Warranty page for the brand specific return policy.

To start a return, you will need a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Photos of the item and packaging may be required depending on the nature of the return.

Send an email to us at email@example.com notifying us that you wish to return an item. Please be sure to include the Order Number in your request. We will return your email with a return authorization number for your return.
