If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for return within 30 days from receipt of shipment. See details below for return and restocking policy.
Eligible machines must have been purchased directly from an authorized merchandiser. Astra will not accept returns of Astra branded machines purchased from other retailers or resellers. The product must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components. Accessories are not eligible for return. Some parts may be returned, approval is required for return.
To start the return process, contact Premier Kitchen Direct customer service for approval. When we receive your item, we will assign you a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns are processed according to RA number and funds are returned based on original method of payment, minus restocking fee.
Products must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components. Once received and inspected, a return will be issued to purchaser for the net purchase price, less a 35% restocking fee.
