The 5.7 cubic feet self-cleaning oven is the largest in its class, with dual convection fan for balanced airflow and even temperature baking and roasting on 7 shelf levels. The elegant digital temperature gauge monitors the actual temperature in the oven and has integrated controls in the bezel for the food temperature probe. The extra wide electric broiler with optional convection is ideal for grilling and searing at high heat. Shipping

All Bertazzoni products will be shipped either via LTL, Freight, or if smaller in size, common ground carriers. 

Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days.  Actual shipping times can vary based on your distance from our warehouse. Once your product has shipped, we will provide tracking information and the carrier name so you can follow your package.

Large items shipped by LTL or Freight will receive a phone call once your item has arrived in your geographic area. You will be contacted using the number left with your order to schedule a time for delivery. 

Damage During Shipping

For items that have been damaged during shipping, please ensure you make a note of the damage, take a photo of the damage and immediately notify us of the issue. Please also note the damage on the delivery receipt. We will file a damage claim on your behalf and will work to get a new item sent to you as soon as possible while arranging information to return your damaged item.

If an item has been signifcantly damaged, you may refuse the shipment.  Once the item has returned to our warehouse, the item will be inspected.  If the item is shown to be damaged, we will exchange it for no cost and reship the replacement item.

Damage NOT Discovered Until The Package Is Opened (After the carrier has left.)

Please take a photo of the damaged item and send the photo along with a description of the damage so we can take appropriate steps to begin a return and a reship of your item. 

Warranty

The warranties provided by Bertazzoni Spa in this statement apply exclusively to Bertazzoni appliances and accessories sold as new products to the original owner by a Bertazzoni authorized distributor, retailer, dealer or service center and installed in the United States and Canada. The warranties provided in this statement are not transferable and have validity from the date of installation.

COVERAGE INFORMATION

Bertazzoni SpA will repair or replace any component part which fails or proves defective due to materials and/or workmanship within 2 years from the date of installation and under conditions of normal residential use. Repair or replacement will be free of charge, including labor at standard rates and shipping expenses. Repair service must be performed by a Bertazzoni Authorized Service Center during normal working hours.

COSMETIC WARRANTY

Bertazzoni will cover parts showing cosmetic defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from date of installation of the unit. This coverage will include scratches, stains, surface imperfections on stainless steel, paint and porcelain, with the exclusion of slight differences in color due to materials and painting/enamelling technologies. Exclusions are labor costs, B stock items, out-of-box appliances and display units.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

To obtain warranty service please contact Bertazzoni Customer Service at the numbers below and provide model number, serial number and date of purchase.

ENGLISH 866 905 0010 - FRANCAIS 800 561 7265 Save proof of original purchase or of original installation to establish warranty period. Copy of the product serial tag is affixed to the back cover of the instruction manual.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

1. The product used in any commercial application

2.  Repair service provided by other than a Bertazzoni authorized service agency.

3. Damage or repair service to correct service provided by an unauthorized agency or the use of unauthorized parts.

4. Installation not in accordance with local electrical codes or plumbing codes.

5. Defects or damage due to improper storage of the product.

6. Defects or damage or missing parts on products sold out of the original factory packaging or from displays.

7. Service calls or repairs to correct the installation of the product and/or related accessories.

8. Service calls to connect, convert or otherwise repair the electrical wiring and/or gas line to properly use the product.

9. Service calls to provide instructions on the use of a Bertazzoni product.

10. Repair service due to product usage in manner other than what is normal and customary for home use.

11. Replacement of wear and tear parts

12. Replacement of glasses and light bulbs if they are claimed to have failed later than 30 days after installation and in no case later than 4 months after date of purchase

13. Defects and damages arising from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, improper installation.

14. Defects and damages arising from transportation of the product to the home of the owner.

15. Defects and damage arising from external forces beyond the control of Bertazzoni such as fire, flood, earthquakes and other acts of God.

In case the product will be installed in a remote area, where certified trained technicians are not reasonably available, the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs for the delivery of the product to the nearest authorized service center or for the displacement costs of a certified trained technician.

Bertazzoni does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.

Returns

Products without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided by our technical support team clearly indicated in permanent marker on all sides and all parcels of the shipment will be refused upon receipt and returned to sender.

RETURN - LESS THAN 30 DAYS

During the first 30-days from the order date of the product(s) in question, the purchaser may return all items identified as standard merchandise. Any products not defined within the standard merchandise agreement are not eligible for return and no credit will be issued. Ex: accessories and parts may not be returned.

To initiate a standard merchandise return, please email info@premierkitchendirect and ask to begin a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) agreement. After the RMA Agreement has been signed and returned, follow the “shipping my repair or return” procedure that has been emailed to you. Adherence to all procedures in the RMA Agreement and shipping procedures is integral to your return arriving in the same condition as it was sent in.

If you wish to return the merchandise for a refund at any point in the first 30 days, regardless of whether or not it's working as intended, you will be responsible for shipping costs both directions. 

PURCHASES, REFUNDS & CREDITS

If orders are canceled at any time after payment has been received regardless of if the product has shipped, you are subject to a 5% restocking/cancelation fee.

If the product has shipped, your refund will be issued as soon as possible after the item is returned to the warehouse, but could take up to 5-7 business days to be completed. Returns due to buyers remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping must be paid for by the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Premier Kitchen Direct will not provide any credit or refund for costs associated with shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to get any item back to our warehouse if it's being returned as a buyers remorse. 

PREORDERS

For product(s) marked with a “pre-order”, the purchasers payment method will be authorized and captured for the full amount within 1-2 days of receiving the order. This authorization locks in the deal at the time of purchase and reserves the product(s) associated with the order. If you request to cancel an order at any time after the payment has been captured, for any reason, you will be charged a 5% credit card / cancellation fee. 

STANDARD MERCHANDISE

Product(s) contained within the standard merchandise agreement within 30-days of the order date will be refunded the amount less the original shipping cost (incurred by PRK) of the product(s) being returned. Refunds are processed in the order in which they are received. After the product(s) have been received by our shipping department a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt.

BUNDLES

Bundles are defined as purchases made with greater than one product contained on the order. Bundle pricing is contingent upon the total package being present. If 100% of the product(s) contained within a bundle are requested within an RMA, credit will be processed as if it were standard merchandise. After the product(s) have been received by our shipping department, a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt.

If less than 100% of the product(s) contained within a bundle are requested within an RMA the credit processed will be less the M.A.P. pricing of all items contained within the RMA and initial shipping costs. i.e, Product(1) 2500 (M.A.P.), Product(2) 600 (M.A.P.), -300 discount for bundle, 2800 total. Purchaser wishes to return Product(1). The credited amount would be the 2800 paid minus the MAP price of the retained item Product(2) and shipping, in this example, 100. In this case 2100 would be credited.

MISC.

If you receive an incorrect part from an order placed online, and we ship you out the correct part free of charge with a pre-paid UPS or USPS return label, you are responsible for shipping the incorrect part back to us within 14 days. If we do not receive it back within that timeframe you will be charged the full price of the incorrect item you received.
