Astra's MEGA on-demand espresso grinder is the perfect blend of form and function for any high-volume cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant. With on-demand grinding, coffee is ground fresh every time at the push of a button for the highest level of control and accuracy. Fully automatic with a commercial-grade mechanical system, the MG049 has enough power and stability to maintain stable temperature & performance to keep up with high demand.
The MG049 features a multi-function LCD display to easily pre-set programming for independently adjustable single and double doses to achieve the perfect grind every time. Twin cutting stainless steel, 64mm flat burrs provide a uniform cut with decreased friction and heat exposure to preserve the flavor of the coffee. With a 3.3 lb. capacity bean hopper, the MG049 offers maximum capacity to keep up with the busiest operations. Soundproof grinding compartment and mounted motor on anti-vibration supports ensures lower noise levels while still providing the sound of a fresh grinding experience.

When expedited shipping is selected at checkout, we will make every effort to ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. We will notify you if items ordered are not in stock and build time is then needed prior to shipping your order.
Lead time: Each machine is carefully handcrafted in Spokane, Washington upon order receipt. To ensure the proper level of quality and care, there is a 10-day lead time for machines / 5-day lead time for parts in addition to standard FedEx delivery times. Standard FedEx delivery times are based on your location.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty information and restocking policy applies to all Astra espresso machines, steamers, accessories, and parts. Premier Kitchen Direct offers its Customers a 1-year labor warranty (within the U.S.) and a 2-year parts warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. For all grinders, we offer a 1 year warranty (within the U.S.). Parts and accessories (sold separately) have a 90-day warranty. Warranty coverage starts from the date of mail delivery of the Product. These Warranties are not transferable. Warranty parts or labor shall only be covered if authorized.
Normal wear-and-tear of parts is not covered, including wear-and-tear of gaskets, Orings, plastic knobs, handles, filters, electro-valves, sensors, and pumps. Proper water softener and water filtration system must be utilized and maintained. If there is no filtration/softener installed or if the system is improperly maintained, the warranty will be void. These Warranties do not cover any damage caused by misuse or abuse, faulty electrical connections, evidence of unfiltered water damage and/or scale build up. If the Product is used differently than set forth in Astra’s operating instructions or from its intended use, then these Warranties shall be null and void. If the Product does not bear an authorized Astra serial number or is in possession of companies or persons other than the original registrant, these Warranties shall be null and void. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, any major component of the Product if that component is defective when shipped.
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST complete the warranty registration form by mail or at https://www.astramfr.com/warranty within 10 days of installation. Warranty claims must be made as soon as reasonably possible after a defect is discovered, but before the end of warranty coverage.
If something goes wrong with your Product, contact Customer Support at (800) 807-6995 or email info@premierkitchendirect.com. Premier Kitchen must be contacted prior to return of any warranty covered part for warranty authorization. You may be asked to return defective parts or submit photographs for inspection. There is no charge for inspection. If we confirm the defect and approve the claim, we will elect to replace or repair such parts without charge.
If you are required to return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid. All warranty replacement parts will be sent to the purchaser when necessary, freight or postage collect. Manufacturer reserves the right to change or alter, at any time and without notice, the terms of these Warranties. Please see the website for complete and up-to-date warranty information.
Re-stocking Policy. Products must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components. Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued to purchaser for the net purchase price, less a 35% restocking fee.

ASTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR END USER FOR ANY DAMAGES AND/OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY USE, OPERATION OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTRA BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER, END USER OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS, OR COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR INCONVENIENCE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE, USE OR LACK OF PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT. ASTRA’S LIABILITY TO THE CUSTOMER, END USER OR THIRD PARTY IF ANY, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO ASTRA BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT.
The Customer and/or any user shall be solely responsible for the selection, installation, use, efficiency, and suitability of the Product and Astra bears no liability consequently. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for return within 30 days from receipt of shipment. See details below for return and restocking policy.
Return Policy:
Eligible machines must have been purchased directly from an authorized merchandiser. Astra will not accept returns of Astra branded machines purchased from other retailers or resellers. The product must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components. Accessories are not eligible for return. Some parts may be returned, approval is required for return.
To start the return process, contact Premier Kitchen Direct customer service for approval. When we receive your item, we will assign you a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns are processed according to RA number and funds are returned based on original method of payment, minus restocking fee.
