DeliVita is a wordly product unto itself. It is handcrafted in the UK, Yorkshire specifically, with metals sourced locally, and clay brought in from Mount Vesuvius, you know when you purchase a DeliVita, you are purchasing quality and sophistication.

Most items can be shipped immediately via air shipment and are received within 1 week.

Warranty

The DeliVita wood-fired oven comes with a no quibble 5-year warranty for total peace of mind.

How to register:

When you recieve your items, please email hello@delivita.com with your items serial number, your name and address and any contact details you have so we may officially register your product.

What your warranty covers:

Cracking to the interior of the oven. Cracking to the exterior shell. Damage to the stainless steel casing.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of oven. Please follow detailed instructions on how to carefully cure your oven.

Shipping

This item is native to the United Kingdom so when you purchase a DeliVita oven you should expect a longer than "typical" lead time. When you place an order you will recieve notification your order was received as well as notification when your order has been shipped. From the initial shipping notification you should expect to receive your shipment in approximately 30 days. The exact date depends on how quickly the item clears customs. We will always do our best to keep you updated on where your shipment is. Please feel free to reach out with questions before or after purchasing for updates.

We are committed to selling high-quality products, which we hope you’ll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt, or email payment confirmation as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND WITHIN 30 DAYS
Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund. The customer be responsible for return shipping to the UK.

IF THERE’S A FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT
We want you to be delighted with your DeliVita products. Please contact us by phone or email if you find a fault with your oven. We will try to find a suitable solution to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.

If you’ve had the product for up to 1 year, we’ll repair the product or, if that’s not possible, give you a replacement or, if that’s not possible, a refund. Please contact us if you are experiencing problems with your oven.

To cancel an order, you can email us on info@premierkitchendirect.com with your order number. You can cancel any time within 30 days of placing your order provided the items have not already shipped. Because these items are handmade to order, we cannot accept cancellations after your product has been started by our factory. Please email us to cancel and we will notify you if your cancellation can be accepted.
