Shipping Notice
Note: Please provide a physical shipping address. We are unable to ship to a PO box or APO address. For customers outside of the United States, please contact us at customerservice@astramfr.com for an international delivery quote.
When expedited shipping is selected at checkout, we will make every effort to ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. We will notify you if items ordered are not in stock and build time is then needed prior to shipping your order.
Lead time: Each machine is carefully handcrafted in Spokane, Washington upon order receipt. To ensure the proper level of quality and care, there is a 10-day lead time for machines / 5-day lead time for parts in addition to standard FedEx delivery times. Standard FedEx delivery times are based on your location.
