    Please note that images are for reference only. Assembly requires two people. In order to ensure proper operation this unit must be leveled (adjustable screw gliders included).

    How Will My Order Ship?

    Most Cabinet Bed orders will ship via Freight. We use the fastest freight companies to ensure you have your cabinet bed in a timely manner.  As soon as your order ships we will send you the tracking details. Once the freight company is nearing your area, they will give you a call to schedule a delivery date/time that works best for you!  If you have any questions about shipping before or after placing an order, or while your order is on its way, our Customer Service department is here to help you.     The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5-10 business days from the time of order.

    Delivery Method

    FREE Shipping delivery consists of delivery to the threshold of your home (garage, front entrance etc.) or first dry area if the shipment weight is very large.  The product will be kept in its original packaging, and there is no assembly provided.

    When Will My Order Arrive?

    Each product on our site has a pre-ship processing time, which is the number of business days it will take for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment from the warehouse or distribution center.  Most orders ship out within 24-72 hours.  Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available.

    Written Limited Warranty

    Night and Day Furniture warrants to the consumer, who makes the original purchase of Night and Day Furniture products, a limited warranty against defects in the material or workmanship of furniture components. Night and Day Furniture will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship. As used in this warranty, defects are defined as meaning imperfections in components, which substantially impair the usability of the product.

    Your Night and Day Furniture furniture requires some routine maintenance. Please take care to treat your Night and Day Furniture furniture like the fine product it is. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty.

    Warranty Limitations

    Authorized Retailer

    This warranty protects you only when you purchase Night & Day Furniture products from an Authorized Night & Day Furniture Retailer.

    Household Use

    This warranty applies only when you have purchased a Night & Day Furniture product for your own normal indoor household use (including use as a gift to another for household purposes) and not for resale or commercial use, which includes rental, business, and institutional or other non-residential use.

    Normal Use

    This warranty applies under conditions of normal use only. This warranty does not apply to defects that result from accident, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, negligence, exposure, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.

    Additionally this warranty does not cover damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care or any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed.

    User Weight

    This warranty does not apply to seating products used by individuals weighing over 250 lbs.

    Original Purchaser

    This warranty applies only as long as the product continues to be held for use by the original purchaser. The warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately invalidated in the event that the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original owner.

    Receipt of your Warranty Registration

    The limited warranty set forth herein will be activated upon Night & Day Furniture’s receipt of your on-line registration within one (1) month of the date of original purchase. If Night & Day Furniture does not receive your warranty registration within one (1) month of the date of original purchase, you must submit your sales receipt as proof of original purchase as a condition precedent to coverage under this limited warranty.

    Product Modification

    Any product modification by dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by Night & Day Furniture will void this warranty. Floor Samples or Products purchased “AS IS” This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase.

    Differences

    Because of craftsmanship and use of natural materials in Night & Day Furniture products, minor variations can occur from piece to piece, as in the matching of color, grain, or texture of wood. This warranty does not cover minor differences, or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.

    Transportation

    We do not pay for shipping and handling on warranty items.

    CLAIMS

    Any claim against this warranty must be presented in writing to the Authorized Night & Day Furniture Retailer. The Authorized Night & Day Furniture Retailer will then contact Night & Day Furniture. If Night & Day Furniture determines that replacement is impractical you will be furnished a substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. It may be necessary for Night & Day Furniture to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a manufacturing defect exists.

    OTHER

    THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE. NIGHT & DAY FURNITURE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES: THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN NO EVENT WILL NIGHT & DAY FURNITURE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL NIGHT & DAY FURNITURE’S RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS REPLACEMENT.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Except for such other rights, the remedies provided under this warranty state the limit of Night & Day Furniture’s responsibilities.

    CAUTION

    Caution must be used in opening convertible furniture as they have many moving parts. Children should not be allowed to operate convertible furniture. Always leave convertible furniture in a fully up or fully down position and keep hands and feet clear of the mechanism.

    Returns

    Return Policy

    Your satisfaction is what counts. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer! While we offer free shipping for most of our products, the original shipping charges and handling fees for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund. In addition there may be a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. If the item is refused and returned to the manufacturer (excluding any shipments refused due to damage), any return freight costs will also be deducted from the refund.     Order Cancellation

    All canceled orders will be confirmed by Premier Kitchen Direct via email. If you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and costs for round-trip shipping will be deducted from refunds if orders are refused. Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such, the restocking fee and shipping costs both ways will be incurred as detailed above. Any order that is refused or returned because the customer does not like the product, no longer wants the product, or believed the order was cancelled is considered a ‘buyer’s remorse return and credit will be issued as detailed above. All credits for returned items will be processed once the products are returned to the distribution center.     Damaged Shipment

    Shipment Damage

    Please inspect all boxes at the time of delivery. The driver will have you sign a delivery receipt. It is very important that you note any visible damage to the boxes. If the extent of the damage looks severe, please refuse delivery and make a note of it on the delivery receipt. Claims cannot be made on a damaged cabinet bed unless it has been noted on the delivery receipt.

    Replacement Parts

    Replacement Policy

    To request replacement parts, please login to My Account and fill out a replacement request. In order to process all replacement requests as quickly as possible, make sure that you include as much detail as possible when filling out the Replacement Parts Form. If special information is required or the manufacturer would prefer you call them, a note will be displayed on the replacements page. Contacting the manufacturer first will be faster than calling Premier Kitchen Direct and having us call them on your behalf.

    Once your replacement request is entered, please allow 24-48 business hours for processing, and several days for the replacements to be prepared for shipment. Your original order time may be an indicator of the time replacements will take to arrive. If tracking information is available for the replacements it will be sent to you via email when available.

    Most manufacturers that we work with will replace whichever parts are needed to give you a complete undamaged unit. This is often quicker than replacing a whole item. Parts will be shipped to your door. If there are too many damaged parts, a new unit will be sent to you at the manufacturer’s discretion (please note that if no damage is noted when the order is accepted, the manufacturer may not be able to provide replacements). The maximum number of parts to be replaced is determined by the manufacturer.
